Week #4: Wrap-Up

The tools you learn over the duration of the month can change your life. In order for the Program to work for you, though, these life enhancing methods must be integrated into your daily routine well beyond the 30-day course. The Inner Circle Elements Program grounds itself with the fundamental vision that our success relies on yours. When you no longer need us, we have done our job.

To meet our objective, the final week of the program is devoted to establishing concrete systems and goals for your continued improvement. Reviewing the work you have done over the previous weeks, we design a method in conjunction with your unique schedule and needs that allows you to progress further on your own.

In Week #4 of the Training Program you will:

  • Design a concrete system for continued improvement that you can easily integrate into your current lifestyle.

  • Apply the principles of exercise, meditation and life design to discover new ways to enhance your daily routine.

  • Learn further techniques to strengthen the tools you have gained throughout the program.
