The 30-day Training Program’s strength relies on its simplicity. Utilizing three basic elements of human achievement, we work to develop a life-style system conducive to enhancing each client’s individual success well beyond the end of the program. Consisting of four one-on-one personal consultations, at-home daily exercises and personal journal practices, the Training Program provides our clients with an understanding of fundamental principles of personal transformation they can use throughout their lives. Because this flexible program is tailored to meet each individual’s own needs, we work towards creating transformation and growth without a rigorous restructuring of the client’s current schedule and time constraints.

A look at the basic Program:

Week 1: EXERCISE/DIET - Learn how to enhance your physical health to boost your performance mentally, emotionally, professionally and, of course, physically. The concrete tools learned this week can benefit those at all levels, from serious competitors to those just looking to increase their physical activity.

Week 2: MEDITATION - Learn to tap into your natural energies, relax and re-prioritize your life with the body's innate rejuvenation capabilities.

Week 3: LIFE DESIGN - Discover your passions, your desires and your goals, and learn how to take the steps to eliminate negative thinking patterns and create a life of fulfillment.

Week 4: WRAP-UP - Strategize a way to combine all three elements into a life-style system that can enhance your life well beyond the Training Program.
